This Simon Brown Aquavit is named „Into the Wind“. That's a reason for the unusual package, the angular bottle. The Simon Brown Aquavit matured for a longer period in oak wood casks on board of a ship. On his way over water the aquavit travels some thousand seamiles by any wind and weather conditions. This seems to be very advantageous for the status of maturation.Gleaming intensive golden in the glass - fine and aromatic flavour of caraway and other spices in the nose, enclosed by the aroma of noble wood - the development on the palate is intensive, but smooth and pleasant. This Simon Brown Finest German Kornbrand has been distilled in a pot-still two times. It has been matured 8 years in an ex white wine cask und is a Vintage Kornbrand. It appears amber-colour in the glass, you'll find aromas of nuts, vanilla und caramel in your nose and on your palate, it’s aromatic, delicate and full-bodied, anyhow it’s smooth and harmoniously.
