Simon Brown Cognacs are selected from the famous Domaine Dominique Chainier. The distillery is situated in Arthenac, Petite Champagne and owns round about 40 ha of vineyards. Dominique Chainier is pressing his wine-grapes very carefully, so he doesn’t get tannins in the juice and the fruitiness remains. After the double-distillation, the cognac matures many years in oak casks of 400l. The Domaine is producing Single Distillery Cognac, means all Cognac is produced in one distillery.
