The Miltonduff Distillery was founded in 1824 by Andrew Perry and Robert Bain. The distillery is located in Miltonduff, south-west of Elgin and works with 3 wash stills and 3 spirit stills. The water comes from the “The Blackburn”.
Gleaming golden – fine fragrant, flowery bouquet with hints of honey, peat, toffee, toast and vanilla – the moderate body develops supple, delicately fruity, but also strong and elegant in the mouth with notes of oil and malt – the finish is marked by heat and fine malt.
