Simon Brown Cognacs are selected from the famous Domaine Dominique Chainier. The distillery is situated in Arthenac, Petite Champagne and owns round about 40 ha of vineyards. Dominique Chainier is pressing his wine-grapes very carefully, so he doesn't get tannins in the juice and the fruitiness remains. After the double-distillation, the cognac matures many years in oak casks of 400 l.

The Domaine is producing Single Distillery Cognac, means all Cognacs are produced in one distillery. The XO is more than 17 years old and appears deep amber coloured in the crystal glass, very elegant, delicate, complex and nutty in the nose, full in body and intensity, smooth and finesse on the palate, with a longer finish.
